   @abcdw I watch streams on YouTube, but I'm very interested in streaming primarily from my own server, possibly Peertube or Owncast. Probably not super easy to package and host either of those with Guix, though

     @daviwil Self-hosting is a nice idea, but yes, packaging many js with Guix probably won't be easy :)

     I think about making more live coding session and generally stream more often this year, so comparing available options, their ecosystems, pros and cons.

     I tentatively think about twitch/owncast for streams (because they more live streams oriented and feature-full on this regard) and peertube/youtube for storing recordings.
