My Dell Latitude E6540 running a newly installed QEmu virtual machine install of Haiku OS. On a second monitor we have the git page pulled up for haikuports app editors emacs. Because why not?

    I am certainly not alone in recalling the days when #BeOS was brand new and totally hot. Not to mention well out of my price range hardware wise.

    I remember when #HaikuOS started, and have flirted with it on occasion. I figure a fresh #VirtualMachine is a great reintroduction to the system.

    Naturally, the first thing I do is see if #emacs can be installed. 😁
